As a Processors Advertising Analytics captures Controller incoming calls and records them on a platform for them to use. Each Controller has their own access to the platform which is restricted with a username and password and each username has access controlled depending on their level within the Controller company and it is set by the Controller company.

The Data Captured by the Processor is as follows:

  1. Incoming calls and recordings of the calls from customers identifying their telephone number, this data is used for the Processors .to be able to track the call trends and for their own marketing purposes.
  2. Each client can chose not to have their call used for this purpose and the call can be deleted from the system at any time or not recorded at all.

2.3 We may also process your account data. This data may include your name, email address, company information. The source of the data is you providing us with those details during registration. The purpose of processing this type of data is to operate our website, providing our services to you and your clients, maintaining back up, ensuring security and communication with you. The legal basis for this processing is consent OR our legitimate interests, correct administration of our website and business or the performance of a contract between you and us and you and your clients.

2.4 We may process information relating to financial activities including purchasing of goods and services we provide and your monthly fees. The transaction data may include you contact details, your card details and the transaction details.
